EBSD study of advanced Ti-5.7Al-3.8Mo-1.2Zr-1.3Sn alloy subjected to equal-channel angular pressing

چکیده

• The lamellar component of the alloy was spheroidized after ECAP deformation. by boundary-splitting mechanism. evolution primary alpha phase is controlled continuous recrystallization. Burgers orientation relationship between α and β phases found. In this work, electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) applied for microstructural characterization advanced Ti-5.7Al-3.8Mo-1.2Zr-1.3Sn subjected to equalchannel angular pressing (ECAP). It found that spheroidization process induced governed conventional nearly-Burgers a- b-phases revealed. This intriguing result can be attributed very high cooperation in slip activity phases.
